About GEO3BCN
Mission and vision
We strive to advance geosciences both nationally and internationally while integrating them into society. To achieve this, GEO3BCN adopts a comprehensive approach, examining scales from microscopic to planetary, to understand our planet. Our research focuses on three core challenges: global geodynamics, georesources (energy and minerals), and geological risks and global change. Our vision is to strengthen key areas of knowledge-driven research and leverage this knowledge to address major societal and industrial challenges in:
